Warranty & Replacement Policy

Build guarantee

We guarantee the assembly of every POPBUILDS watch. If a fault is caused by our build or assembly, we will provide a free replacement or an appropriate remedy.

Arrives damaged

If your build arrives damaged, contact us at info@popbuilds.com with your order details and photos of the watch as received. We will put it right — through a replacement or another suitable remedy.

Build faults we cover

We cover faults resulting from our assembly — for example, a component we fitted failing, or a defect introduced during the build process. In these cases we provide a free replacement or repair.

Not covered

We do not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorised servicing or modification, or any water exposure. POPBUILDS builds are splash resistant only and are not intended for swimming, showering or diving; water damage from such use is not covered.

No returns

Because every build is a one-off custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The replacement and fault remedies above are the exclusive remedy for a damaged or faulty build.

Hand-build variations

Each watch is uniquely hand-assembled, so products may differ slightly from the listing images. Minor variations in finish, alignment or detail are normal and are not considered a fault.
