Terms & Conditions

The seller

POPBUILDS is operated by FLM DIGITAL LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (Employer Identification Number 98-1920534). These terms form the contract between FLM DIGITAL LLC and the customer.

Aftermarket, unbranded builds

Every POPBUILDS watch is a fully aftermarket custom build. We do not sell branded products and our builds are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any third-party watch manufacturer. All watches are independent custom builds using aftermarket components.

Hand-built and unique

Each watch is uniquely hand-assembled. Products may therefore differ slightly from the listing images — minor variations in finish, alignment or detail are normal and are a result of the hand-build process, not a defect.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase that we accept when we dispatch the build. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken through our Shopify checkout at the time of order.

No returns — custom builds

Because every POPBUILDS watch is a one-off custom build made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except where required by law or where the build arrives damaged or faulty through our assembly. Please review the Warranty & Replacement Policy for the faults we cover.

Right to cancel or extend shipping

We reserve the right to cancel any sale, or to extend shipping times, if order volume is unusually high or if circumstances outside our control affect production. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full. If shipping is extended, we will let you know the revised timeframe as soon as possible.

Water resistance

POPBUILDS builds are splash resistant only and are not intended for swimming, showering or diving. Water damage from any such use is not covered.
