Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no shipping charges added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay, regardless of destination.

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse. This keeps delivery times short for European customers and gives a single, reliable origin for international shipments.

Delivery time

Delivery is typically within a few days for EU destinations and may take up to approximately two weeks for international orders, depending on customs and local carriers.

High-order load and extensions

If order volume is unusually high, we reserve the right to extend shipping times. When this happens we will notify you with a revised timeframe as soon as possible. If an extended wait is not acceptable to you, you may contact us at info@popbuilds.com to cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Tracking and carriers

Orders are shipped with tracked, reputable carriers. You will receive a tracking link once your build has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at info@popbuilds.com and we will follow up with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
