Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Shopify and its payment partners); we do not store full card details on our own systems.

POPBUILDS is operated by a US-based company and ships from an EU warehouse. Your data may be processed in the USA and the EU, and by providers in other countries, in order to fulfil your order and respond to your messages.

Retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@popbuilds.com and we will respond without undue delay.
